400g fresh tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
50ml extra virgin olive oil
Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Prepare a fresh tomato sauce by cooking the fresh tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and basil leaves for 10 mins on a medium heat.
Cook the pasta in boiling water for 2 mins, adding salt to the pan.
Strain the pasta, add the tomato sauce and top with grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Add a garnish of fresh basil leaves and serve.
