Caprese salad with pesto sauce

The star of the show is Giovanni Rana Simply Italian Basil Pesto; stack generous layers of mozzarella and tomato before drizzling with a pesto glaze.

Serves 2

  • 200g buffalo mozzarella
  • 2 large tomatoes


  1. Chop the mozzarella and tomatoes into even slices and arrange on a plate, alternating between the cheese and tomato.

  2. Drizzle over the "Giovanni Rana Italian Indulgence Basil Pesto with Pine Nuts & Garlic", and serve.
